WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER (LOGISTICS)

Our client, a leading logistics and transport company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize its daily logistics and transport operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a logistics, transport, or haulage company in an operations management role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, route planning, dispatch, and transport operations.
• Experience managing drivers, warehouse operations, and cross-functional logistics teams.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, GPS fleet tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of transport regulations, health & safety standards, and operational compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
