Job summary
Tabono Consult Limited is urgently seeking an accurate, organized and experienced Account Manager (NOC Representative) to manage assigned customer relationships and ensure the effective delivery of Network Operations Center (NOC) and operational services.
The successful candidate will act as a vital link between the customer and the field operations, technical, finance and commercial teams. The role involves translating operational data into actionable insights, maintaining SLA and KPI performance, driving issue resolution, identifying risks and maximizing the value of the client’s platform.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the NOC representative at the client’s premises.
- Provide industry-best support to the NOC team, including training, on-call support and software support.
- Monitor the client’s solutions and ensure all connected equipment and systems operate optimally.
- Create and escalate fault tickets to the applicable vendors and follow up to ensure timely closure.
Certification responsibilities
- Certify project-related works.
Technical support responsibilities
- Follow up on access and change requests in coordination with the client and NOC teams, respectively.
- Provide second-level technical support to checkout teams.
- Conduct second-level checkouts on all works wherever RMS teams visit and verify the related alarm test reports.
- Carry out weekly system audits of software applications, including but not limited to NOC systems and dashboards.
Reporting responsibilities
- Prepare the following reports:
- Daily management reports on NOC activities and operational KPIs.
- Weekly account performance reports.
- Monthly reports.
Required qualifications and competencies
- A university degree in one of the following fields:
- Computer Science
- Electrical Engineering
- Telecommunications Engineering
- Ability to identify and analyse engineering data of significant depth and complexity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Pride in one’s work and achievements.
