Job Description
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 Helpdesk support with primary focus on network-related issues
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and user connectivity problems (IP, DNS, DHCP, gateway issues)
- Configure and support network devices such as switches, access points, and basic router settings
- Monitor network availability and performance and report abnormalities
- Coordinate with ISP for link issues, downtime, and restoration follow-up
- Support branch connectivity and basic VPN user troubleshooting
- Perform network cabling checks, patching, and physical connectivity troubleshooting
- Install and configure network printers, biometric devices, and other IP-based equipment
- Maintain network asset inventory, IP address records, and port allocation documentation
- Perform OS installation, patching, antivirus, and endpoint network compliance checks
- Monitor backup status and ensure systems are connected to network backup locations
- Log, track, and close Helpdesk tickets with proper technical documentation and escalation where required
- Provide support for any additional network or IT operational tasks assigned by IT Management to ensure stable and uninterrupted connectivity.
