Job Description

A confidential executive search is underway for a highly experienced National Seed Sales & Marketing Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, managing distributor networks, and strengthening customer relationships within the seed and agribusiness sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies for seed products.
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.
  • Manage distributor networks and key customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead business development and key account management activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Support brand positioning and market penetration efforts.
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver sustainable business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in seed sales and marketing.
  • Strong background in agribusiness and agricultural inputs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development and key account management.
  • Experience managing national sales operations and distributor networks.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales growth and market expansion objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Results-oriented with strong commercial acumen.
  • Extensive knowledge of the agricultural and seed industry.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-management capabilities.
