TMHS GROUP LIMITED is local registered company dealing with providing Emergency Medical Services, Waste and environmental management, Occupation Health and safety both local and international and Medical Supplies Services. Currently, it is looking for Medical Supplies Sales Representative who is self-motivated, committed, result driven and self-motivated to work with the company.
Qualifications or requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Diploma in Nursing, Diploma in Clinical Medicine
Responsibilities or duties
- Promote and sell medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies to support business growth.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups to strengthen client engagement.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities to remain competitive.
- Identify market trends, product improvements or new products, and customer needs to support strategic planning and product positioning.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity reports to management.
- Provide feedback to management on market intelligence, customer feedback, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Modifies sales presentations to match the needs of different customers and sales environments.
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Works hand in hand with a marketing team to ensure that the company has a strong presence and is reaching the right client base.
