Job Summary:

We are looking for four skilled Mechanics to join our Tanga site operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of industrial and mobile equipment to support continuous production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on plant machinery, vehicles, or processing equipment.
• Perform engine repairs, hydraulic system maintenance, and transmission work.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete work orders.
• Ensure workshop and site cleanliness and organization.
• Uphold all company policies regarding safety, equipment use, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical qualification (FTC, VETA, Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive fields).
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a mechanic in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Good work ethics and strict adherence to safety protocols.
