Position summary
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Assist in the implementation of advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launches through various media outlets. Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials, including digital content, print, and social media. Assist in designing, preparing, and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and newsletters. Working closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with business and revenue goals. Managing and updating the company's social media pages, ensuring regular posting and audience engagement. Prepare and organize engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, videos, infographics, and promotional materials. Monitor social media statistics and engagement indicators to evaluate performance and recommend improvements. Optimizing website content for search engine optimization (SEO) and managing online advertising campaigns. Managing email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Conduct market research and customer surveys to identify trends, preferences, and business opportunities. Analyze competitors' strategies and make recommendations to improve the company's position in the market. Prepare reports on market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance. Helping to identify new target markets and business expansion opportunities. Assist in planning and executing company events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Assist in managing media relations, press releases, and public engagement activities. Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships to increase brand visibility. Helping to develop customer retention programs and loyalty programs. Responding to customer inquiries via social media and digital platforms to improve brand image. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support the customer conversion process. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements. Maintaining marketing databases and CRM systems for tracking customers and business opportunities. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, costs, and campaign results. Collaborate with various teams, including sales, public relations, and customer service. Monitoring new marketing and technology trends to improve campaign effectiveness. Participate in training and development programs to increase marketing skills. Perform other lawful duties assigned to you by your supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution. A Master's degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage. Practical experience in marketing and sales roles within reputable institutions will be an added advantage.
