Background information about the job or company:
The Manager: IoT Product Development & Solutions at Vodacom is strategically required to plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of IoT solutions. The role involves ensuring the availability and seamless functioning of solutions and teams/stakeholders in support.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Capture and understand customer requirements
- Collaborate with technical vendors and partners
- Lead implementation of customer solutions
- Identify new IoT solutions and scope with stakeholders
Qualifications or requirements:
- Degree in Telecom Engineering, Electronic, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
Experience needed:
At least 3 years in IT/IoT related strategic planning, project management, sales, or product development
