Vertex International Securities Limited, a leading licensed Dealing Member of the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE), Investment Adviser, and Fund Manager, is seeking talented, innovative, and results-driven professionals to join its growing team in the following positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Advisory & Transaction Execution – Lead the origination and execution of corporate advisory and capital market transactions, including equity and bond issuances, private placements, M&A, valuations, and financial restructuring.

Financial Analysis & Transaction Structuring – Develop financial models, valuations, investment and information memoranda, proposals, and presentations, while advising clients on capital raising, corporate finance, and strategic transactions.

Business Development & Stakeholder Management – Identify and convert new business opportunities.

Transaction Management, Due Diligence & Compliance – Lead financial, commercial, and market due diligence; coordinate transaction execution with professional advisers; and ensure timely regulatory approvals and compliance with applicable laws and standards.

Product Innovation & Team Leadership – Drive development of innovative capital market products, including structured products, CIS, ETFs, REITs, green finance, and Sukuk, while coaching and mentoring junior professionals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Master’s degree in related field will be an added advantage.
• CISI qualification or coursework is highly desirable.
• Qualifications like CFA, CPA, ACCA, or other internationally recognized professionals will be an added advantage.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, securities, capital markets, or financial advisory.

Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with proven expertise in financial modelling, business valuation, corporate finance, capital markets, transaction structuring and execution.
