To ensure the delivery of an express (virtual) sales and service function for Prestige/Executive, Private Clients in line with the overall Affluent and HNW Clients value proposition and objectives.

Experience in the execution of client value propositions. Previous experience within a Consumer Banking environment. Experience in a virtual/ remote customer interaction role. Experience in the application of data management, advanced analytics and business intelligence environment. Experience within a call centre environment (e.g., capacity management, productivity, quality of engagements and development of agents.
