Roles and Responsibilities

• Must be recent graduates, ideally from this year.
  
• Must learn to align with management view points and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
  
• Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
  
• Self-Starter.
  
• Strong in mechanics, automotive and customer service experience is a Plus but not required.
  
• Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
  
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throout the company.
  

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specifically in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
