JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities

Supervise lodge maintenance operations.

• Conduct daily inspections of facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and utilities.
• Maintain generators, pumps, laundry equipment, and swimming pools.
• Monitor spare parts inventory.
• Prepare maintenance reports.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Maintenance from VETA or another recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Previous hospitality or lodge maintenance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, machinery, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Applicants should be between 25 and 40 years of age.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: professional certificate
