Neelkanth Salt Limited is seeking to recruit a competent, experienced, and self-motivated Machine Mechanic to join our Maintenance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on company machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on forklifts, tipper trucks (HOWO), tractors, loaders, and other heavy and light industrial machines.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate, Diploma, or Trade Test in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' proven experience as a Machine Mechanic in a manufacturing industry.
• Practical experience in maintenance and repair of forklifts, HOWO tipper trucks, tractors, loaders, compressors, pumps, conveyors, and other industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical manuals and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
