• Follow up on overdue loan accounts through calls, visits, and formal notices.
• Monitor and manage non-performing loans to improve recovery rates.
• Prepare reports on outstanding loans and recovery performance.
• Work closely with loan officers to track borrower behavior and reduce default risks.
• Maintain professional client engagement during recovery processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in loan recovery or debt collection.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging recovery cases.

Location: Various regions across Tanzania
