Basic Job Functions

Ensuring achievement of set monthly sales targets and carrying out collections roles for the area under supervision

Liaise with HR Department in recruitment, orientation and retention of the Loan Officers.

Carrying out training for the Loan Officers and taking appropriate actions to ensure their productivity.

Assisting in developing new products and expansion strategies to new markets and coordinating marketing activities for the team.

Providing supervision through field visit and communicating Job expectations, conduct monthly performance review of the team.

Competent in MS Office and Excel applications and analytical reporting

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
