Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, performance-driven salesperson to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling LED lighting products, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's LED lighting products to customers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and business leads.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the accuracy of sales transactions and customer records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Proficient in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Must own and frequently use a smartphone for business communication and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a prerequisite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
