Qualifications or requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• PhD in Counselling Psychology or Educational Psychology.
• Master’s Degree in Psychology with a GPA of 4.0 and above.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA of 3.5 and above.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

For Lecturer/Senior Lecturer Positions

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Ability to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students effectively.
• Strong research and academic publication record.
• Capacity to undertake consultancy and community engagement activities.
• Effective supervision, communication, and presentation skills.
