Yapı Merkezi was founded in 1965 with the aim of producing and constructing contemporary construction projects that will serve humanity by creating an environment of happiness.
We are looking for a Lawyer to be a part of our Project.

Represent clients in criminal and civil litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, or manage or advise clients on legal transactions. May specialize in a single area or may practice broadly in many areas of law.

Yapi Merkezi have fulfilled all the technical and financial requirements for designing and constructing the high-speed electric railway line in Tanzania. The project is Railway construction and the work locations will be Morogoro, Kilosa, Dodoma.

Responsibilities

• Explaining the law and giving general legal advice
  
• Researching and gathering evidence
  
• Analysing and drafting legal documents
  
• Advise and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters (and doing the preparation beforehand)
  
• Schedule and administer full depositions of case witnesses and experts
  
• Present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation
  

Accommodation will be provided when moving to Kilosa Base.

He/She will be part of the team and responsible for planning, monitoring and reporting
