Job Summary:
The Laboratory Scientist will perform routine and experimental laboratory tests, mainly in Immunology and Molecular Biology, following SOPs, ISO 15189 standards, GCP, and GCLP requirements. The role is essential in generating reliable and precise data for scientific investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses in Immunology and Serology.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, ISO 15189, GCP, GCLP, and safety manuals.
- Manage sample collection, storage, and documentation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Participate in quality control, data analysis, manuscript preparation, and protocol writing.
- Train and collaborate with staff, students, and interns.
Desired Skills:
- Strong data analysis and ICT skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Research and manuscript writing abilities.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, Laboratory Sciences, or related field.
- At least 1 year of biomedical research or clinical trial experience.
- Familiarity with immunological assays (ELISA, ELISPOT, ICS, PBMC isolation).
- Knowledge of Laboratory Quality Management Systems, GCP, and GCLP.
