Background

We are looking to hire a Key Account Manager who will be responsible in Strategic management, project coordination and problem solving, strengthen costumer relationships, revenue growth of the company and provide service excellence and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and management, Commerce , Sales and Marketing, Engineering , Economics or a related field.
• MBA or Commercial Certifications are an additional advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar rôle.
• Strong understanding of the Tanzania Telecom Ecosystem, Business administration laws and administration principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships at operational and executive levels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely closure of commercial agreements and renewals.
• Coordinate with rollout, technical, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely site delivery.
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction across all managed sites
