Job Description

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 Helpdesk support for end users
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions (Active Directory)
  • Support Windows OS and standard business applications
  • Perform basic Windows/Linux server monitoring and support
  • Conduct routine system health checks and performance monitoring
  • Monitor and verify backup status; assist in basic data recovery
  • Apply system updates, patches, and antivirus management
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS issues)
  • Coordinate with Network Administrator/ISP for major network issues
  • Install and support printers, scanners, projectors, and biometric devices
  • Carry out basic hardware troubleshooting and component replacement (RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.)
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and user-device allocation records
  • Manage and update Helpdesk tickets with proper documentation and closure
  • Coordinate with vendors for warranty, repairs, and technical support
  • Provide support for any additional IT-related tasks or operational requirements as assigned by IT Management.

Skills Required

  • Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
  • Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
