Job Summary:

The IT Manager will lead the company's technology strategy and operations, ensuring that all IT systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business goals. This role involves managing the IT team, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the management of the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Manage all network, server, and end-user infrastructure and ensure high system availability.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect company data and systems from threats.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
• Develop and manage the IT budget.
• Ensure IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet requirements.
• Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT management.
• Experience managing complex IT infrastructure, networks, and security operations.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.
