On behalf of our client, we are seeking a competent and service-oriented IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-line technical support to employees, troubleshoot user issues, manage support requests and escalate complex matters to the appropriate IT team or service provider.

• Provide first-line IT support and resolve hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices and other IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN.
• Manage basic user accounts, password resets and access rights.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate IT asset records.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with IT vendors/service providers when required.
• Support IT system upgrades, installations and other technology projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support or IT Support.
• Experience with help desk/ticketing systems and IT asset management.
• Experience in energy, oil & gas, logistics, manufacturing or similar environments is an added advantage.
