 ISSUING OFFICER – WAREHOUSE

 Location: Mwanza

We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented, and accountable Issuing Officer to manage warehouse issuing operations and ensure accurate stock control in compliance with company procedures.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 2–3 years experience in warehouse issuing, stores, or inventory control

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issue warehouse materials and supplies strictly based on approved requisitions
• Maintain accurate issuing records, stock cards, and system documentation
• Verify quantities, specifications, and authorization before issuing items
• Monitor daily stock movement and report shortages or variances
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of warehouse stock
• Coordinate with procurement, admin, and operations teams
• Participate in periodic stock counts and internal audits
• Enforce warehouse controls, issuing procedures, and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years relevant warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and inventory control skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and discipline
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, inventory systems)
