Company Overview

Sumwood Limited is seeking two results-driven Inventory & Procurement Supervisors to join our manufacturing operations in Arusha. The successful candidates will optimize our supply chain, ensuring material availability while maintaining lean inventory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead end-to-end procurement for manufacturing inputs and negotiate high-value supplier contracts.
• Inventory Control: Oversee stock lifecycle management, including audits, variance analysis, and ERP reconciliation.
• Process Optimization: Implement best practices in warehouse management to minimize waste and lead times.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities align with PSPTB regulations and internal SOPs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in manufacturing-specific procurement and inventory roles.
• Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP software and data analytics.
• Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, integrity, and team leadership.
