JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The Receiving Assistant supports the Inbay Head with the physical and administrative tasks involved in the receiving process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unloading: Assist in unloading materials from incoming delivery vehicles.
- Counting & Checking: Count and check received items against delivery documents for quantity and visible damage.
- Labeling & Staging: Label received items and stage them for inspection and put-away.
- Data Support: Assist in the documentation process by providing accurate counts and information for GRN creation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle goods.
- Honesty and a strong attention to detail.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
