A Chinese logistics company located in Chang’ombe, Temeke is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:
Responsibilities or duties
- Manage HR operations for 35 drivers and 4 Operations team members.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Support day-to-day HR administration.
Qualifications or requirements
- 2–3 years of HR experience in a logistics company.
- Experience managing drivers or transport/logistics employees is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
