Duties and responsibilities

    1. Organize employees records like contracts, permits in a proper order
    2. Designing hiring plans for all departments depending on seasonal needs
    3. Ensure staff complies with health and safety regulations on their working areas
    4. Manage compensation and benefits fund
    5. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, investigations and terminations
    6. Maintain up-to-date compliance with employment labor laws, regulation and recommend best practices
    7. Maintaining employees and work place privacy
    8. Training, counseling and coaching the company’s staff
    9. Resolving conflicts, grievances through positive and positive mediation
    10. Monitor job performance of employees and aid in career path development

Qualifications and experience

  1. Qualification as a Registered advocate
  2. Experience with CMA and corporate legal counsel
  3. Experience on Change management
  4. Experience on Perfomance management and appraisal best in class models
  5. Experience being Conversant with Public relations
  6. Experience on creation of policies and procedures
  7. Familiar with HR ERPs.
  8. HR leading experience for a +150 contracted employees
  9. Incidences where they have demonstrated Strong Coaching and leadership skills
  10. Must be a bale to demonstrate strong ownership of the department functions and a team player
