Atlantic Metal Limited is seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen its HR operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Tanzanian Labour Laws, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and overall HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws
• Drive performance management and staff development initiatives
• Coordinate training, policies, and HR administration
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee records
• Implement HR best practices and systems

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian Labour Laws and HR practices
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Turkish language is an added advantage
