REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
