Responsibilities or duties

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff.
• Prepare housekeeping schedules.
• Manage housekeeping supplies.
• Coordinate maintenance issues.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications or requirements 

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High attention to detail.

Experience needed

• Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel, lodge, or hospitality environment.
