Background

Planet Lodges are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Creative Associate to join our team and help visually communicate our story across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media creatives, newsletters, signage, and digital ads in line with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Digital Team to develop creative assets for campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Support web design projects with graphics, icons, and layouts where needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials while adapting to different platforms and audiences.
  • Collaborate with the content and reservations team to design presentations, proposals, and guest-facing documents.
  • Prepare print-ready files for vendors and liaise with printers to ensure high-quality output.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and creative solutions that elevate brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, travel, or related industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Some knowledge of Canva, Figma, or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital work.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and layout principles.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-property environment and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
