JOB DETAILS:

SBC Tanzania Limited is a well-established and progressing multinational company that supplies soft drinks products nationwide. We have plants in Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha and Mbeya. Currently our Dar es Salaam Plant seeks to urgently recruit qualified, experienced, and hands-on-skilled personnel to fill the following position:

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Support Production and Quality Departments in operating production plastic moulding machine

Main Responsibilities

• Operator the machines at the recommended speed.
• Ensure that there are minimum rejections/breakages
• Immediate reporting of machines abnormalities to maintenance department for rectification.
• Ensure proper storing of all tools in one's respective area.
• Adhere to maintenance schedule, greasing, oiling and daily check list.
• Clear all unwanted foreign materials around the machines.
• Maintain the personal hygiene and use protective gears.
• Ensure proper recording of down time
• Ensure proper maintenance records keeping.
• Ensure all the machines are switched off after the close of production or during any machine breakdowns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Keeping of proper records.
• Timely/Immediately report on any misbehavior of machines.

Entry Requirements:

Direct Entry

• Form IV/VI with Vocational Training Certificate Grade Test I or II
• At least 4 years’ experience of running PET machines.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: high school
