Job Description

Market Development & Customer Acquisition:

  • Visit shops, businesses, and potential customers in assigned market areas.
  • Introduce and promote the 2agize mobile app and its benefits.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, traders, and local businesses.

Customer Onboarding:

  • Register new customers on the app.
  • Assist customers in completing profile setup and basic KYC requirements if applicable.
  • Help customers download, install, and navigate the app.
  • Ensure customers understand how to browse products and place orders.

Order Support:

  • Take orders on behalf of customers through the app when needed.
  • Follow up with customers regarding deliveries and repeat orders.
  • Encourage customers to place future orders independently through the app.

Customer Education:

  • Train customers on app usage, promotions, offers, and payment options.
  • Resolve basic customer queries or escalate issues to the support team.
  • Collect market feedback and share customer concerns with management.

Skills Required

Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)

Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
