Job Description
Market Development & Customer Acquisition:
- Visit shops, businesses, and potential customers in assigned market areas.
- Introduce and promote the 2agize mobile app and its benefits.
- Identify new customer opportunities and generate leads.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, traders, and local businesses.
Customer Onboarding:
- Register new customers on the app.
- Assist customers in completing profile setup and basic KYC requirements if applicable.
- Help customers download, install, and navigate the app.
- Ensure customers understand how to browse products and place orders.
Order Support:
- Take orders on behalf of customers through the app when needed.
- Follow up with customers regarding deliveries and repeat orders.
- Encourage customers to place future orders independently through the app.
Customer Education:
- Train customers on app usage, promotions, offers, and payment options.
- Resolve basic customer queries or escalate issues to the support team.
- Collect market feedback and share customer concerns with management.
Skills Required
Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
