The leadership of UWASHAMIMBI is announcing to Tanzanians with qualifications and ability to apply for job positions for the farming season of production year 2026/2027 in the sugarcane farm activities at Mbigiri. Applicants are required to be honest, disciplined, in good health and ready to work in accordance with company procedures.

Responsibilities or duties

• Supervising all production activities on the farm.
• Coordinating the implementation of work schedules.
• Overseeing the use of inputs and work equipment.
• Monitoring the quality of work being done on the farm.
• Providing progress reports to management.
• Ensuring implementation of health, safety and environmental procedures.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture or related field.
• Ability to lead teams and prepare reports.
• Computer skills will be an advantage.

Experience needed

• At least two years of experience in agricultural operations management.

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be in good health and capable of working.
• Must be disciplined, honest and ready to work in accordance with company procedures.
• Must be ready to work in farm environments for the entire production season.
