JOB VACANCY: EXPORT DOCUMENTATION & CLEARANCE OFFICER (2 POSITIONS)

Location: Dar es Salaam

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process export & customs documents (invoice, packing list, etc.).
• Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and resolve issues promptly.
• Apply for export permits and certifications.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the sales team.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Customs clearance experience is an added advantage (training provided).
