Company Overview

Well worth Hotel is a reputable establishment seeking to fill the position of Executive Housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures. Train and supervise housekeeping staff. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Formal Qualifications required: Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a housekeeping supervisory/management role, preferably in a hotel or lodge. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene and quality standards.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
