Role Overview:

The Documentation Officer will handle all logistics-related documentation, including shipping, customs, and compliance paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and process shipping and customs documents.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with port authorities, clients, and transport partners.
• Maintain organized records of all logistics documentation.
• Assist in resolving documentation-related issues or discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in logistics documentation or a related field.
• Knowledge of customs procedures, shipping terms, and documentation standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
