• Description/Details:
  • Role Purpose: Lead the design, development, and management of innovative digital and telecom value-added services. Ideal for commercially driven, tech-savvy professionals passionate about digital innovation and customer experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and manage digital & VAS product roadmaps.
    • Drive revenue growth and customer engagement through product innovation.
    • Manage partnerships with content and technology providers.
    • Lead go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless customer adoption.
    • Oversee product quality assurance and continuous improvement. 

• • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in product development, software QA, or systems analysis.
    • Strong understanding of telecom technologies, digital platforms, and agile methodologies.
    • Experience in stakeholder management, project execution, and customer-centric design.
    • Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) is an added advantage.
