Role Overview:
The Declaration Officer will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate customs declarations, ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit customs declarations and related documentation.

• Liaise with customs authorities and resolve declaration-related queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in customs declaration or a similar role.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, and trade compliance.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in customs declaration software and MS Office.

• Prepare, verify, and process shipping and customs documents.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with port authorities, clients, and transport partners.
• Maintain organized records of all logistics documentation.
• Assist in resolving documentation-related issues or discrepancies.

• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skill
