Background information about the job or company:
PalmPay is a Pan-African fintech company currently operating in Ghana, Nigeria and expanding to other markets in 2023. We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Supervise and support a network of dealers and retail partners offering device financing options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets related to device sales and financing activations.
- Coordinate with financial institutions or in-house credit teams to facilitate smooth financing approval and disbursal processes.
- Conduct regular product and financing training sessions for dealers and field sales staff.
- Maintain accurate records of financed sales, dealer performance, and customer feedback.
Qualifications or requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in telecom, fintech, or consumer electronics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Experience needed:
Experience in telecom, consumer electronics, or financial products, particularly with installment or credit-based sales models.
