JOB DETAILS:
KEEWAY is looking for a Collection Agent to join their team. This role involves managing outstanding debts and ensuring timely recovery.
Responsibilities
- Reaching out to customers with outstanding debts via phone calls.
- To set up payment plans and negotiate settlement.
- Regular reporting to management on the status of outstanding debt and recovery efforts.
Requirements
- Any degree
- Experience in debt collection especially in online microfinance loan for at least 1 year.
- Both verbal and written communication skills for effectively dealing with customer.
Work Hours: 8
