Simiyu Cooperative Union Limited (SIMCU 2018 Ltd) with registration number 5402 prporated in Tanzania in 1994 under the Co-uatireSistis ACT. No 15 of 1991 SIMCIL ltd is currently eratir the Coonerative Societies Act Na 06 of 2013. The union is domiciled and operates in Bariadi District in Simiyu Region.

Our Vision is to become a strong Co-operative Union that provide good supervision, management skills to its Primary Co-operative Societies and the Community as well as to improve the economic standard of farmers and community development in Simiyu region

SIMCU(2018)LTD is looking for Candidates to fill the following Vacancy:

Nature and Scope

The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors of SIMCU ltd a admi tratively to the Gene l. Manager He/She will e the head of Accounting and finance Department of Simiyu Cooperative Union (2018) Itd

Duties and Responsibilities

• To manage the accounting department and monitoring Financial reports on a daily basis
• To ensure the accurate preparation and proper Maintenance of accounting records
• To coordinate the budgeting process including the preparation of regular budget reports and controlling the organizations budget or to the management and the Board of the Union statutory returns are prepared and disbursed funds To ensure that all payments made by Union Comply with TAX dedications such as VA Corporate tax. Pavee, withhold
• To prepare Monthly quarterly and annual financial return
• To design and implementing Internal Controls for the Union Finances
• To prepare statutory and Compliance reports in accordance with accepted accounting standard 10.To prepare and submitting management and Internal Control reports to the Board of the union
• To respond to Audit queries in collaboration with the management team
• To carry out any other related duties as may be assigned by General Manager from time to time.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

• Must hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting finance. Economic B.com Business Administration majoring in Finance or Accounting
• Must be certified Public Acc CFA registered b NBBA
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounting and financial management from reputable organization
• Must have skills in using ICT basses accounting system

Salary

• ·As per SIMCU(2018) LTD Salary Scales
