JOB DETAILS:
Well worth Hotel is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie specializing in Teppanyaki.
Responsibilities or duties
As a Chef de Partie - Teppanyaki, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese dishes on the Teppanyaki grill, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Qualifications or requirements
Formal Qualifications required: Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery or related field. Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
Experience needed
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, including experience in Teppanyaki or Japanese cuisine.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: professional certificate
