Job Summary:

To specialize in the safe and efficient changeover, setup, and calibration of instrumentation and control systems for different production lines or product batches, minimizing changeover time and ensuring process accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or execute the instrumentation aspects of production line changeovers (SMED principles).
• Reconfigure control parameters, calibrate sensors, and validate control loops for new product specifications.
• Collaborate with production and mechanical teams for synchronized changeovers.
• Document changeover procedures and calibration settings for repeatability.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues arising during or after changeover.
• Train machine operators on new process parameters related to instrumentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Mandatory: Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation.
• Experience in a process manufacturing environment (food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, glass, etc.).
• Specific experience with production line changeovers is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of process control and instrumentation calibration.
