JOB DETAILS:

Carpenter

Department: Engineering

Reports To: Shift Engineer

Job Purpose

Maintain and repair hotel furniture, fixtures, doors, cabinetry, and other wooden structures to ensure a safe and attractive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair damaged furniture.
• Install doors, cabinets, and wooden fixtures.
• Perform preventive carpentry maintenance.
• Build replacement furniture when required.
• Repair guest room furnishings.
• Maintain workshop equipment.
• Ensure quality workmanship.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Trade Certificate in Carpentry or Wood Technology.
• Relevant experience.
