We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, power, water, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate tender identification, registration, bid preparation, and submission processes.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales opportunities to maximize business conversion.
  • Support customer account management and business growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate the Company's participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and client engagement events.
  • Assist in preparing company profiles, capability statements, marketing materials, and business presentations.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, technical sales, account management, project coordination, or a similar role within the engineering or industrial sector.
  • Experience serving clients in mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, power, utilities, or infrastructure industries will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in tender management, proposal preparation, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to travel to client and project sites when required.
