Role Overview:

To manage the morning kitchen operation, specializing in the preparation and presentation of breakfast and brunch items, ensuring a smooth and efficient start to the day's service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all breakfast buffet and a la carte items (eggs, pancakes, pastries, sides, etc.).
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet display attractively.
• Ensure fast, high-quality output during the peak morning rush.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections for shared ingredients.
• Manage breakfast mise-en-place and inventory.
• Adhere to strict timing and freshness standards.

Qualifications:

• Culinary training and 2+ years of experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a hotel breakfast kitchen.
• Ability to work very early morning shifts.
• Fast, efficient, and consistent in high-pressure service.
• Knowledge of international breakfast items and dietary preferences (e.g., gluten-free, vegan).
