Job Summary

The Baker is responsible for preparing high-quality breads, rolls, pastries, and other baked products while ensuring consistency, freshness, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, rolls, and bakery products.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate bakery equipment safely.
• Monitor baking times and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery section.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Minimize food wastage.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Bakery, Food Production, or Culinary Arts.
• Valid Food Handler's Certificate.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen.
