We are currently seeking ambitious, high-performing graduates to join our Audit Internship Programme in Dar es Salaam.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Duration: 6–12 Months

Objective: Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced audit environment, working on live client engagements while adhering to global standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engagement Support: Assist teams in the planning, execution, and finalization of audits.
• Compliance: Execute audit procedures in strict accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive audit working papers and high-quality documentation.
• Technical Testing: Support analytical reviews, substantive testing, and internal control assessments.
• Professionalism: Participate in client fieldwork and uphold the firm’s core values and confidentiality protocols.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Recent Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related discipline.
• Academic Merit: Minimum of an Upper Second-Class
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent organizational skills.
